That’s what we call a love letter

As we always say “We love happy customers. And it really rocks our world when they love us back by giving us good feedback on our services.” This one here is no exception.

Mark Turner was looking for a Citroen specialist when he found Brent Autos (est. 1989). We only advised him over the phone, but he was so impressed and grateful that he sent us this long note of wonderful words.

Dear Brent Autos,

I would like to thank you for the the impartial advice you offered the other day when larger dealers were not interested in my plight or potential business as a result of the clutch and gear box failing on my Picasso C4.

You on the other hand took the time to listen, obtain approximate prices for resolving the issues based on the description of the catastrophic car failure with a view to fixing the car or advising whether or not it was worth the effort.

At no point was there a hard sell, just friendly knowledegable advice. It is refreshing to know that small companies such as Brent Autos exist and that customer service is a high priority.

With all the help Brent Autos offered the decision was made to scrap the car. They made nothing from the exchange except a huge amount positive Karma and left me knowing that should I need my car fixed or serviced, and it was viable based on the cars age and condition, I would highly recommend them.

Thank you for going the extra mile, were multi national dealers would not give me the time of day.

All the best,

Mark Turner.

How to change the time on your car

It’s that time of the year again … when we all scratch our heads and wonder if the clocks go back or forward!

Today’s MechanicLondon video is not only here to tell you that tomorrow morning (Sunday, 30th OCTOBER 2016 at 2am) the clocks go BACK 1 hour, but the chief mechanic is also talking you through how to change the time on your car.

Changing time on car dashboard

Or, if you don’t have a Peugeot or Citroen with the similar sort of set up, today’s “How to video” is a reminder to adjust the time on your car as well.

A by the way a clever way to remember the hour-change rule is: “Spring forward, Fall back” :)

Happy clock setting and if you get stuck, get in touch!

Oh, and do enjoy the extra hour in bed, folks :)
