Mark Turner was looking for a Citroen specialist when he found Brent Autos (est. 1989). We only advised him over the phone, but he was so impressed and grateful that he sent us this long note of wonderful words.

I would like to thank you for the the impartial advice you offered the other day when larger dealers were not interested in my plight or potential business as a result of the clutch and gear box failing on my Picasso C4.
You on the other hand took the time to listen, obtain approximate prices for resolving the issues based on the description of the catastrophic car failure with a view to fixing the car or advising whether or not it was worth the effort.
At no point was there a hard sell, just friendly knowledegable advice. It is refreshing to know that small companies such as Brent Autos exist and that customer service is a high priority.
With all the help Brent Autos offered the decision was made to scrap the car. They made nothing from the exchange except a huge amount positive Karma and left me knowing that should I need my car fixed or serviced, and it was viable based on the cars age and condition, I would highly recommend them.
Thank you for going the extra mile, were multi national dealers would not give me the time of day.
